Nokia X7: new Symbian smartphone detailed
Jonesing for a new Symbian smartphone? Well, Nokia has just the thing for you. The Nokia X7 isn’t due to get official until a special event in Europe tomorrow, but a promo clip for mobile network Three has shown it in all its glory.
The X7 comes with a rebooted Symbian UI, which is said to offer better touchscreen skills, a portrait QWERTY and a beefed-up browser, said to be three times faster than before...
While that software jump is set to roll out across a number of Symbian cells, the X7 stands out with an E7-matching screen, 8 megapixel camera and HD video recording. More will be revealed by Nokia tomorrow.
