Android 2.3.4 arrives on the Nexus One
Clearly, Google is rolling out the update for Android 2.3.4 Nexus One.
The HTC-made Google Nexus One has just received its Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread update over-the-air make sure to check, you should be able to get yours too and it looks like the Video Chat option is missing

. This, of course, might have something to do with the fact that the Nexus One doesn't have a front-facing webcam but it would have surely been nice to see its existence, or at least voice calls.
If you have a Nexus One and have received the update you should be glad to flash the new version which, as usually, brings also a couple of bug fixes and improvements.
If you are not patient, you can always do it manually by following this tutorial
1] from the dialer Type * # * # 2432546 # * # * while in Wi-Fi
2] If the update is not detected, HERE is direct download (Google server)
3] Rename the archive update.zip or update, and place it in the root of your SD card
4] Start by holding the phone buttons simultaneously ON / OFF and Volume Down
5] is selected using the Recovery Volume keys and press the ON / OFF
6] The phone will restart in recovery
7] Press the ON / OFF and Volume Up at the same time
8] Click: Apply zip from sd card - update.zip
9] Restart the machine ... (When installing the unit may restart repeatedly).
