Samsung Galaxy Tab Honeycomb becomes a tourist guide in London
The EDF Energy London Eye has tied up with Samsung, that will offer in-capsule experience for visitors using Samsung Galaxy 10.1s.
Each capsule will feature six of the tablet devices dotted around the edges that will let visitors interact with it to find details and key information on the other London landmarks that can be seen from the Eye. There will also be 3D models of the sights available to view.
At present, all but three or four of the capsules have been fitted with the devices, with an extensive refitting process underway. The work is due to be completed in May, after which all of the pods will be Galaxy Tabbed to the hilt.
