Samsung attack Apple for infringement of several patents!
The response of tit for tat. Samsung had announced a few days after the complaint to Apple, but ten complaints against Apple (5 in South Korea, 2 in Japan. and 3 in Germany)! Its patents by Samsung, in particular concerning the transmission of data, control of electrical capacity, transmission and telecommunication data wirelessly. Regarding the first complaint, Samsung said, (we realized that Apple's complaint is too arbitrary based on a review of their text and we can present evidence that could destroy it).
