The NookColor passes Froyo

It is in this Easter weekend as NookColor Barnes. & Noble hosted a new update and not least because it embeds Android 2.2 aka Froyo. Well, this is not yet Gingerbread but something gained. On the menu, support for Adobe Flash Player, the arrival of Nook AppStore, support for multiple web mail in the mail client like GMail, Yahoo, Hotmail,..., the support of multimedia content in books, better level performance and function NookFriend magazines, an early social network around books and magazines. Everything is done automatically on your NookColor or
HERE if you're in a hurry.

For performing the update, surfing on the internet is actually faster but not transcendent either. Needless to say that the Flash slows a lot of things, it is a pity not being able to disable the Flash plug-in as you can uninstall it on a shelf Android. Reading magazines is actually much faster and it limits a major step forward. The Nook AppStore is already offering a little less than 150 applications. Too bad the great standards of Android is not yet available, it will take a specific version for NookColor!
