Honeycomb should be ported to x86
For good news is at a meeting of investors that Paul Otellini, the current CEO of Intel, announced that his firm was currently working on porting the 3.0 version of Android on the x86 architecture . Concretely, that means we'll probably see land in the medium term (in the course of 2011, obviously) of the touch pads based on Atom processors.....
A case to keep in the viewfinder, even if only to be the first witnesses of a possible comeback of the famous Atom processors. Not necessarily where they were expecting.
