Apple or Samsung..Who copied who?
The complaint filed by Apple against Samsung stirs the web and trolls ... Beyond a story of big bucks (Apple spends more than $ 5 billion each year from Samsung), it is the famous U.S. patents that are a again stigmatized. Because if Apple has indeed obtained a patent for the design and interface of the iPhone, do not forget that Samsung even though it may be inspired,.... was present on the market phone for much longer. And as noted by our colleagues at Slashgear, it was in 2006 at the IFA that the Korean automaker unveiled its first touchscreen phone named F700. Strangely the interface and design more or less similar to the iPhone, except that this time the smartphone Apple was not even announced! This case also reminds us of the trial between Creative and Apple regarding the iPod interface that Apple had finally lost in very similar conditions.
