AT & T offers T-Mobile USA !
Competition between U.S. carriers will take a serious blow since AT & T announced it would buy T-Mobile USA! The U.S. subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom would be sold at about 39 billion dollars (cash + shares) but the German operator takes passage 8% stake in its U.S. partner. With this acquisition, AT & T should take the place of No. 1 to Verizon for the U.S. market, but both brands will continue to exist separately, at least initially
