Android 2.2 for the Motorola Milestone !
Like what, patience is often rewarded ... Motorola has announced officially the availability of Android 2.2 (Froyo) for its Milestone! To perform the update visit the official site of Motorola.
The update brings the following innovations:
• Support for Adobe Flash Player 10.1
• Improved performance of browser with faster loading pages
• New security features: remote wipe, phone lock, password complexity
• Hotspot Connectivity 3G (tethering or wireless access point)
• New widget support
• Switch easily between the eight most recently used applications
• Improved WiFi
• Rotate the screen 270 degrees with compatible applications
• Retention of applications and settings (Google Backup and Restore)
• Applications can now be automatically updated and you can choose to store them in the device memory or memory card
• Enhanced Management of passwords for Microsoft Exchange (administrators)
• Improving Microsoft Exchange Active Sync
• Increase the volume of ringtones and notifications
• Improved synchronization Hotmail
